In 2014 I was invited to test for a new Disney Parks book based on the Haunted Mansion ride at Disneyland. Luckily I got the job - and created all the images for a 32 page childrens book. Here is a selection of the resulting spreads and some process work.
PROCESS
Initially I had to create a test image. Here I played around with styles, starting with a much more cute and cartoony style before reaching the style we had for the final book.

Some process for the front cover. This included building a rough 3D model in Aftereffects so I could use cameras to try out different angles and more dramatic/unusual compositions. There was at one point another spread in the book that had an exterior house shot, but it was dropped mid way through the process. Some of the mock ups were for that
